Order Details
Q: Can I cancel my order if I made a mistake?
A: Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@magcables.com.
- For UK orders, you have up to 12 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.
- For international orders, please notify us before 9:00 am GMT the following day.
Q: How can I edit my order?
A: If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can assist with edits. Contact us promptly at support@magcables.com with your order details. If the order has already been processed, we'll guide you through our exchange process to ensure you receive the items you want.
Q: I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?
A: Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you haven't received one:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We are based in the UK, and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Manchester.

A: We currently only ship to the UK

Q: How long does delivery take?

Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please contact us immediately at support@magcables.com if you've entered an incorrect address. If the order hasn't been shipped, we can update the address. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
Q: My tracking information hasn't updated. What should I do?
A: If there are no updates to your tracking information after 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@magcables.com for assistance.
Q: My package says it was delivered, but I haven't received it. What can I do?
A: First, check with neighbours or your local post office. If you still can't locate your package, contact us at support@magcables.com, and we'll investigate further.
Q: Will I have to pay any import fees?
A: No, all items are shipped from within the UK. There are no import/custom fees to pay.
