What Does This Warranty Cover?

We stand behind the quality of MagCables products and offer a 1-year warranty on all purchases. If you encounter any quality issues with your cable, we’re here to help. During the warranty period, if the original materials or workmanship are deemed defective, we’ll provide a hassle-free replacement process.

Warranty Process

  • Sufficient proof of purchase must be provided.

  • A description of the defect must be submitted to initiate a warranty claim.

  • If the defective item is damaged, visible proof (e.g., photos) must be provided along with the product’s serial number (if applicable).

  • You may need to return the item for a quality inspection.

Valid Proof of Purchase

  • Order number from online purchases made through MagCables or our authorised resellers.

  • Sales invoice.

  • Dated sales receipt from an authorised MagCables reseller.

Note: More than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (e.g., receipt of payment and shipping confirmation).

Shipping Costs Must Be Covered by the Buyer in the Following Situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.

  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.

  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by MagCables’ quality control to be in working condition.

  • Returning defective items via international shipping.

  • Costs associated with unauthorised returns (any returns made outside the approved warranty process).

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.

  • Lost or stolen products.

  • Items outside their warranty period.

  • Non-quality-related issues.

  • Free products or promotional items.

  • Repairs by third parties.

  • Damage from outside sources.

  • Damage caused by misuse (e.g., falls, extreme temperatures, water damage, or improper operation).

  • Purchases from unauthorised resellers.

Not Liable For:

  • Loss of data incurred from the use of MagCables products.

  • Returning personal items sent to MagCables.

This warranty policy applies only to products purchased directly from MagCables.com or authorised resellers.
